The Big Top is back — and more magical than ever! ScienceWorks is delighted to welcome Flynn Creek Circus to our field for the third year in a row, bringing their signature blend of circus-theater, jaw-dropping acrobatics, and irreverent comedy to Ashland audiences of all ages.

Founded in 2002, Flynn Creek Circus is an award-winning touring company that’s redefining modern circus arts. Known for their all-human cast of world-class performers, the company performs under a beautiful red and white striped tent and inspires the next generation with storytelling that’s as daring as it is delightful.

This year’s new show, “The Bridge,” is an original fairytale inspired by Nordic folklore, a mischievous goat, a stubborn shadow, and a mysterious wolf. Directed and choreographed by Blaze Birge and David Jones alongside the talented Flynn Creek cast, the show is a visual feast of acrobatic stunts, theatrical artistry, and poetic metaphor, all narrated by the unlikely duo of the Troll’s goat and his shadow.

From gravity-defying aerials to sly humor and magical moments, The Bridge explores the space between worlds — human and myth, wildness and will — with a wink and a cartwheel. This show is family-friendly, wildly imaginative, and like nothing else you’ll see this season.

Join us under the tent at ScienceWorks starting September 5 for an unforgettable circus experience.
