Rent the museum!
With a conference room, a theater, two full classrooms, and an entire exhibits hall of hands-on interactives and intriguing displays, ScienceWorks is a unique and exciting place to hold an event. We offer full facility rentals or rentals by room type, for both days and evenings. Holiday staff parties, donor events, anniversary celebrations, or employee workshops are all bound to be hits when held at the museum.
Theater Rental
Pricing:
Daytime Rates:
- $50/hr for nonprofits
- $75/hr for members
- $100/hr for non-members
Evening Rates:
- $100/hr for nonprofits
- $125/hr for members
- $150/hr for non-members
Complimentary transition times of 30 minutes before and after time slot included in rental rates.
Classroom Rental

Daytime Rates:
- $50/hr for nonprofits
- $75/hr for members
- $100/hr for non-members

- $100/hr for nonprofits
- $125/hr for members
- $150/hr for non-members

Full Facility Rental
Pricing:
Daytime Rates*:
- $375/hr for nonprofits, up to 2 hours. Additional hrs $100/hr
- $400/hr for members, up to 2 hours. Additional hrs $120/hr
- $425/hr for non-members, up to 2 hours. Additional hrs $125/hr
Evening Rates:
- $500/hr for nonprofits, up to 2 hours. Additional hrs $125/hr
- $550/hr for members, up to 2 hours. Additional hrs $150/hr
- $600/hr for non-members, up to 2 hours. Additional hrs $175/hr
*If you wish the museum to close to the general public during days we are open, you will pay the evening rates.
