First Annual Fermentation Festival

Saturday, October 6 from 10am - 3pm, come celebrate the wonderful world of microbes, learn about the day in the life of yeast, try kombucha, krauts, kvass and kefir, sample charcuterie, take home your own sourdough starter, and see how to make delicious home-brewed sodas. Presented in conjunction with the Weston Price Foundation Rogue Valley Chapter
